Services

Tympan Interactions provides four services: Next Move, Moment Clarity, Full Picture, and Profile Positioning.

Purchase and delivery

Payment is due before processing begins. Delivery is electronic.

You are responsible for the accuracy and relevant context of the text, screenshots, and other materials you submit and for having lawful authority to share them for analysis. Screenshots are required to complete all four currently offered products. Do not submit materials unlawfully or in violation of another person's rights.

Case analysis

Analysis is based on what you provide and may preserve uncertainty. Where what you provide cannot support a defensible judgment, analysis may decline or pause rather than guess.

Tympan may use contracted service providers to support limited portions of service operation and fulfillment. These providers act on Tympan's behalf. Tympan remains responsible for the Tympan service and customer deliverable.

Required limits

Tympan Interactions product output is not medical, legal, or financial advice.

Limitations are part of every Tympan Interactions product. Where what a person shares cannot support a defensible judgment, the product declines or pauses rather than guessing; a refusal is a lawful outcome of the product working as designed.

Personal use and materials

Delivered analysis is for your personal use, including using a response or rewritten profile supplied for that purpose. Do not resell or present Tympan's analysis as your own commercial service.

You retain any rights you hold in submitted materials. You authorize Tympan to process them for your case as described in the Privacy Policy. Tympan retains rights in its own methods and materials; it does not claim ownership of your submissions.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refunds policy.

No guarantees

Analysis depends on the material provided, may be incomplete or mistaken, and cannot guarantee another person's intentions, conduct, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for decisions you make using it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

Pennsylvania law governs these Terms only to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.

For an issue or dispute, contact support@tympaninteractions.com with relevant order details. This does not restrict access to remedies available under applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class proceedings, and do not impose a liability cap or exclusive forum.
